Started out as Cage Cashier, cashing out chips, change, checks, fastcash tickets. Balancing the assigned bank at the end of the night. Promoted to Cage Supervisor on Swing Shift, managing up to 15 on a scheduled night, directly responsible for 7 employees, tracking their attendance, variance, exceptions on a regular basis. Handling disputes with the guest. Ensuring the cage balances at the end of the shift and making any very large payouts myself. I currently have 4 excel spreadsheets in 4 out of 5 areas that are being used. Vastly improving performance and time used in those areas to complete and balance said areas.
